Shipping Policy
Shipping is only available to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
We offer free shipping to the above countries.
If you wish to make a purchase for another country, please contact us at jose.gil@stevensa.com and exterior@stevensa.com.
We undertake to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. We will not be responsible for errors produced in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality, or some information has been omitted.
If a Customer receives a package that has been damaged, opened or has suffered any other transportation-related problem, the Customer should not accept the package from DHL but should immediately contact us to initiate an investigation. It is very unlikely that a package will be lost. However, if this were to happen, we will inform the Customer of the missing package and proceed to resolve the situation.
We use DHL to transport the products.
The order will be delivered within a maximum period of 15 business days.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the transport service delivers the product to the Customer. If DHL is going to deliver the order and the Customer is not present, it will return and try to deliver up to 2 more times, generally on consecutive days. If DHL reports a change with the delivery, WE will contact the Customer. In cases where a Customer wishes to request a new shipment, they must bear the cost of the same.
